PRODUCT CONCEPTION, STRATEGY AND VIBE CODING /
2026
Chirp unlocks parent-relevant map data worldwide, translating lived family experiences into actionable, trustworthy location insights.
Conceived from my own experience traveling as a parent, I structured problem discovery to identify gaps in how existing maps and other travel tools serve families. I validated the core hypothesis through qualitative research and early testing, then designed and vibe-coded an initial prototype using the Google Maps API & AI tools testing it first with 35 parents in San Francisco.
I defined the product vision and strategy, created the brand identity and led early organic user sign up efforts. Chirp is currently in MVP development and will soon be available on the App Store.

INCLUSIVE DESIGN TOOLKIT / 2023
Envisioned and designed an Inclusive Design Program with external subject matter experts. The focus of this program was to build inclusive mindsets within the teams working on core products and pressure test inclusive features within product roadmaps. Launched the program org-wide as a toolkit and got executive buy-in to scale it across other orgs.
PATENT WINNING PRODUCT DESIGN FOR NON-PROFITS/ 2018
I led the design vision, strategy, and execution of what later became a patent-winning product and high performing scrum team. I recruited the design and research team, worked closely with customers + product management leadership to define the vision and laid the foundation of critique & co-creation for lean delivery on this highly competitive product that went from 0 to 1 in less than a year.
WEB DESIGN - REFERRAL PROGRAM / 2016
With the Director of Product, I led the design process for this project from scoping through design and development through to QA and launch in 4 months. I validated user requirements and business objectives before designing interactions, wireframes and then working on content and localisation.
LONG TERM STRATEGY for SALESFORCE’s EDUCATION CLOUD/ 2024
I believe strategy is about making choices - the things we want to do but also what we don’t want to do.
I led workshops that helped guide future direction and gain alignment across all stakeholders within and beyond Education Cloud. I worked closely with executives and architects across Product Management, Engineering, Content and Marketing to lay out the outcomes from these workshops and arrive at strategic bets based on user research.
This work had two major outcomes: 1. It helped us take a technically transformative direction for the product 2. Cultivated a strong reputation for human-centered design techniques to solve complex challenges on other products.
DESIGN THINKING TOOLKIT
Each project, each team, each company and business model are different. However, some strategies always work while solving people, process and project challenges. Over the years, I've built a go-to design toolkit that helps me tackle both product challenges and build strong teams. My go-to tools are:
GRAPH VISUALISATION TOOL / 2017
Neo4j are the makers of the world’s leading graph database solution. Graph databases enable working with massive amounts of data with a lot of connections in between them. I led the design team to envision and build a ‘no-code’ solution named Bloom to navigate information and find patterns in huge networks of data. I specifically studied how to ensure search results are relevant in the context of a graph query.
SYSTEM DESIGN/ 2014
I led the end to end UX design and user research for a warehouse management system for a cross-docking warehouse spread over multiple producers and stakeholders in Warsaw, Stockholm, Berlin and Pune. This was a system design project to be integrated in Fab’s new supply chain systems.
